Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 0qqgg ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 0qqgg website, mobile site, and all related betting and casino services. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one registered 0qqgg account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

Account Information

When registering at 0qqgg, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to keep your account information up to date at all times. 0qqgg may request updated documentation or information at any time as part of ongoing compliance checks. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier. It must be a number that you own and actively control.
• You may not share your 0qqgg account credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 0qqgg support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, whether or not you personally authorised those actions.
• 0qqgg reserves the right to close an account and return the account balance to the registered payment method if the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

KYC Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, 0qqgg requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. The following documents may be requested during KYC:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last 90 days).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 0qqgg are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 0qqgg does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary.

• Deposit funds are credited to your 0qqgg balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving network delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. Contact support if funds do not appear within this window.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or method require additional verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is approved.
• Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.
• 0qqgg reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud investigation, a bonus misuse review, or a KYC compliance check. Any such delay will be communicated to the player by the support team.

All bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full.
• A player is entitled to one welcome bonus only, applied to their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse.

• Where a player is suspected of exploiting bonus promotions through coordinated or systematic play designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (commonly known as bonus hunting or matched betting), 0qqgg reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close the account.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on 0qqgg are subject to the following general betting rules. Additional sport-specific or game-specific rules may apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface on the platform.

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message. 0qqgg is not responsible for bets that are not recorded in our system due to connectivity failures on the player's device or network.
• All odds displayed on the 0qqgg sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those shown at the precise moment your bet is confirmed by the system.

Prohibited Activity and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0qqgg platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account linked to your device, payment method, or household.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature in a manner not available to ordinary manual users.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you, including stolen card or wallet credentials, or funds originating from unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including in live casino games, in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Abusing the 0qqgg customer support team through threatening, offensive, or harassing communication. Support agents are entitled to terminate conversations and escalate conduct reports.

Account Suspension and Termination

0qqgg may suspend or terminate a player's account at its absolute discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or providing false documentation during the KYC process.
• Confirmed or suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the platform.
• A player's request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools or via live chat support.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration process for resolution of any such disputes.
